The next armor for Rangers after Druid (LionsArch). What town will I see the next improvement in? Thanks

I suggest Ventari's Refuge.

Find it on the mpa if you like, but you can expect to get there shortly after the "Bloodstone Fen" mission. It puts you in Quarrel Falls, and from there you run to Ventari's Refuge (there's a quest that leads you to it.)
